Questions people ask before the first link

Do I need a custom domain?

No. Your default short domain is ready when you create an account. Connect a custom domain when it is useful for your links.

Can I change a destination?

Yes. Edit a link to update its supported settings while keeping its short address.

When do clicks appear?

Reports show their own freshness. The most recent 10 to 20 minutes can be absent while aggregation catches up.

Can I export data or share feedback?

Link and account exports are available in the product. Signed-in feedback lets you send a private suggestion without publishing it.

What we deliberately do not do

No referrer storage

The page a visitor came from is their business, not an analytics field — it is never stored.

No real-time feed

An honest count ten minutes old beats a live feed nobody can audit.

No fingerprinting or IP addresses

A daily-rotating keyed hash counts uniques — no fingerprint, no IP address, nothing that follows a person.

These refusals are the product: redirects stay fast and counts stay trustworthy about every 10 minutes.
