What the service is

TrueRedirect turns the URLs you publish into short links and reports honest aggregate counts of the clicks they receive. A redirect is a bare 302 — no interstitial, no injected branding.

What you agree to

• Publish links whose destinations are lawful and yours to share; a link you publish is your content.
• Keep your credentials yours — you are responsible for what your workspace does.
• Do not publish destinations that phish, serve malware or spam. Destinations the screening list knows to be malicious are refused; when the list cannot be refreshed, screening says so in the operation logs rather than pretending.

The beta's honest limits

The service is a beta provided as is, without a promise of uninterrupted availability. The free plan's ceilings — the fair-use link allowance and the custom-domain count the landing shows — may change as the beta learns, always announced before they take effect.

Closing accounts

You can delete your account yourself at any time — the dashboard's settings page does it, and the erasure the privacy notice describes follows. We can stop serving a workspace that breaks the rules above, and we will explain what we know when we do.

Changes are published on this page. Material changes are announced here before they take effect; continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it.
