Read your link analytics
Use UTC date windows, understand what each count means, and recognise fresh, waiting, and unavailable reports.
Choose the reporting window
Analytics offers 7, 30 and 92 day windows and a custom UTC-day range. The same report can be viewed for the workspace or for one link.
Changing a date range changes the report, not a link's lifetime click counter shown elsewhere in the product.
What the totals mean
Clicks are redirect requests that passed the traffic filter. Unique clicks are counted within the report's aggregation rules; they are not named people and should not be treated as a globally deduplicated audience.
Filtered traffic describes requests classified by the product's filter. It does not promise that every automated request was blocked.
Freshness and empty reports
Reports show their actual freshness. A zero-activity report, a report still collecting data, and an unavailable report have different meanings. The most recent 10 to 20 minutes can be absent while aggregation catches up.
Country and device values can be unknown or not collected. Those labels are information, not errors to fill in.
